Information About Our History
2011
We started our journey in 2011 in the town of Mansfield in Nottinghamshire. We we're known as Mansfield Rock. We continued to grow slowly but surly and in 2011
2012
We held our very first event which we called Rocking For The Paws a charity night to raise money for a dog rescue charity. It was held at The Horse and Jockey in Nottinghamshire area. The event consisted of 5 live bands playing sets to the crowd. It was a great night of music, As all bands we're fantastic.
2012 Onwards
In mid 2012 we relocated to Wirral, Merseyside and rebranded to Atlantic Rock. Which we still remain and with the same name and going from strength to strength. We are a 24/7 nonstop rock n metal station. So it gives so much more time to play awesome tunes for you our amazing listeners to rock out to.
We thought as it's our 15th year onair we would give you all an amazing new website with alot of features for you to check out and come back to check out again.
We want to thank each and everyone of our listeners even if you have just tuned in or been listening for months or even years.
